Q. Where are you located?

A. Consciously by Hannah is located in Hyde Park, South Australia. Hannah currently offers face-to-face consultations upstairs at Enough Studio. The studio space is easily accessible via public transport. Upon booking confirmation, more information about how to access the clinic will be sent to your elected email address.

Q. When are consultations available?

A. Consultations are available at Enough Studio, Hyde Park S.A alternating Thursday nights, Fridays and Saturdays. If you would like to book a consultation outside of these hours, please email hello@consciouslybyhannah.com

Q. I’m nervous about my first appointment. What can I expect?

A. Your first appointment will be relaxed – like grabbing a cup of tea with an old friend. Your initial consultation will be a duration of 60-75 minutes. In this time, Hannah will discuss with you your health goals, past health history, diet, lifestyle and family history. Depending on your presenting condition, Hannah may also conduct physical examinations such as blood pressure, tongue and nail analysis or iridology. Q.  How many consultations do I need?

A. As Naturopathy is a highly individualised form of care, the number of consultations required varies from person to person. We advise you prepare to attend 3-4 consultations at minimum during the first 3 month treatment period. This enables Hannah to develop a comprehensive treatment strategy. Following this phase, check-ins will take place approximately every 6-12 weeks.

Q. How do I cancel an appointment/ reschedule?

A. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email hello@consciouslybyhannah.com or phone 0431295927 as soon as possible.

Consciously by Hannah has a strict cancellation policy. Appointment cancellation requires 48 hour’s notice at minimum. Consultations cancelled less than 48 hours before the time of booking or failure to attend your consultation, will incur a fee of 50% of the consultation fee. This policy is in place as we value our time and the time of our clients.

Payment

Q. Do you bulk bill?

A. No, Bulk billing is not offered at Consciously by Hannah. 100% of payment must be received prior to, or at the end of the consultation time.

Q. Can I claim Private Health Rebates?

A. No, unfortunately the Australian Government removed Naturopathic medicine from the private health rebate scheme April 1st, 2019.

Q. What is included in the consultation fee?

A. The consultation fee encompasses a private one on one consultation with a degree-qualified Naturopath. The consultation includes comprehensive questioning, physical exams, assessments and your individualised treatment plan. The consultation fee also includes the practitioners time spent outside of the appointment researching evidence-based information, assessing your condition/ progress, creating prescriptions and analysing pathology results if applicable.

Q. Are there any additional costs?

A. Costs outside of the consultation fee may include prescribed product, for example: herbal medicines, nutritional supplements, flower essences or retail products. 

Q. What are the payment methods available?

A. Consciously by Hannah is an entirely cashless clinic we accept payments via credit or debit card only.

Q. Is the practitioner qualified?

A. Hannah holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) degree.

Q. Is the Naturopath Registered? 

A. Yes, Hannah is a registered practicing Naturopath of the Naturopaths and Herbalists Association Australia (NHAA).
